Overlooking Okanagan Lake, Okanagan Oasis B&B is an adult oriented (18+) Bed and Breakfast, in the heart of the Okanagan Valley wine country.
Located in Peachland, Okanagan Oasis B&B is a rare gem awaiting your discovery.

Featuring amenities such as a heated outdoor salt water pool, hot tub, fire pit, lovely gardens and the fabulous lake view from all rooms, our B&B is truly a place to relax and unwind.

Chris & Sheila Hawthorne started Okanagan Oasis B&B in Peachland over 20 years ago.

Our beautiful air-conditioned home is complimented by amenities such as our sparkling heated in-ground UV filtered pool, soothing hot tub and stunning views of Lake Okanagan.
B&B rooms, each with private entrance, are located on the lower level of the house (pool level) so guests must be able to negotiate stairs.

Enjoy the heated UV filtered pool or relax in the sun or shade beside the pool - your choice!
Pool towels and polycarbonate drinkware are provided in each guest room (please no glass or breakables by the pool or hot tub).
Soak up some of the plentiful Okanagan sun while you take advantage of the view deck located just below the pool or relax in the evening in the hot tub overlooking Okanagan Lake.
The hot tub is shared by all guests.

Relax under the arbour while you sit above our water feature, enjoy a relaxing evening around the fire pit looking for shooting stars or take a stroll around our property and enjoy the lovely gardens!

Enjoy your self-catered breakfast in the privacy of your room or on the patio outside overlooking the lake. You may even want to get up early to catch the sunrise from the view deck!
We are pleased to provide "self-catered" accommodations including a breakfast basket of goodies to get you started.
Upon arrival to your room, you will find your breakfast basket to get you started with your self-catered breakfasts.
With a focus on sourcing locally as much as possible, your basket may contain items such as: seasonal fresh fruit, yogurt (will be in your room fridge!), locally made granola from Maple Roch in Summerland (vegan and wheat free), bagels or muffins or similar, 2 small juices.
A large carafe of coffee will be available each morning in the guest kitchenette by 7:30 a.m. (sometimes earlier if we happen to be up early that day!).

A comfortable lounge is available exclusively for the use of our guests (in the event that we (gasp!) have inclement weather)! It features seating for 6, a 42" flatscreen TV with a Blu-ray player and an assortment of movies to choose from.
There is also a small library of novels and games available for use. The lounge showcases beautiful Peachland scenery by local photographer Tania Simpson.

For the convenience of our guests, we're pleased to provide a shared guest kitchenette complete with a full size fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, toaster, kettle and Keurig coffee maker, allowing you the flexibility to prepare light lunches, dinners or snacks.
As well, each guest room has a propane BBQ conveniently located for your use, with BBQ utensils hanging outside by the BBQ's.

Located just around the corner from the kitchenette, on the other side of the stairs, the laundry features a front load washer & dryer available for guest use from 10am-9pm. Laundry soap is provided for your convenience.
